Roshany would like to check in with you

Hello everyone,

It’s been almost seven months since the lockdown started, and we’re still in the jungle doing our regular activities. Bas-sir is in the Netherlands doing his Master’s and working for the Maya Netherlands branch, and Clara-miss had to go back to Spain to continue university. We recently invited students from the Maya Keshavtar branch to come stay with us at the main school to further their studies. As for me, my high school in Damauli already started. I have been going to school since Sunday, and it’s very exciting! I got to see my friends after a long time and some of them even cried on the first day of school. The teachers seem very happy to start school again.
According to the latest news, Maya is also starting from Sunday onwards for those who live nearby. But in these crazy times, we can never be sure. The rest of our Maya Home students will probably come back after Dashain (our main festival).
