In 2016 we equipped our school in Tanahun with solar panels. At the time, the panels were necessary to provide the school with electricity during the day and during power cuts. Fortunately, today in 2021 there is more and more electricity available in our communities during the day, making us less dependent on solar panels. However, those panels still come in handy. Sometimes electrical wires are struck by lightning but our students and teachers have enough electricity to follow and teach their lessons.
